Areas of Practice

Our firm represents insurance carriers and self-insured employers in all phases of the defense of workers’ compensation claims, including Serious and Willful misconduct actions and Labor Code Section 132(a) claims.

We make appearances at all of the Southern California Workers’ Compensation Appeals Boards.
